Stop the Trusteer Rapport service

My bank login is asking me to re-download the Trusteer Rapport software
Resolution
Check if the browser extension is enabled and colored green. Otherwise, restart Trusteer Rapport service and refresh the web page.
If all else fails, reinstall the program.
Symptom
I have installed the Trusteer Rapport program, but clicking on the "Install Chrome Extension" button does nothing.

Check your default web browser to make sure an option is set
