If a user gets a message similar to "Access Denied", go to "c:\Program Files (x86)\" and right click on "Street Resource Group" folder. Go to the "Security" tab, "Edit", and make sure "Users" have the "modify" attribute for the folder. If not, select and apply, and then see if it works what they are doing.
