When using using Encompass with Microsoft Outlook, Windows states exactly or something similar to "The 'secman64.outlooksecuritymanager64' com object is not registered."
The secman64.dll is not registered with Windows' regserver.
Open an elevated CMD prompt and type in the following order pressing enter after each line:
1. cd "c:\program files (x86)\common files\outlook security Manager"
2. regsvr32 secman64.dll
A popup will state if the command has been successfully executed or not. If not, please make sure the file exists in c:\program files (x86)\common files\outlook security Manager
