When previewing documents for printing in Encompass, the document loads, but remains out of view until you click on the window.
This issue often happens when using Adobe Reader <x> (it has also been documented to affect Adobe Acrobat as well). If "Protected mode at Startup" is enabled then the eFolder will not be able to properly display some documents.
Disable "Protected mode at Startup".
- Open Reader <x>
- Click Edit and then select Preferences.
- Select General, and then clear the Enable Protected Mode at Startup check box.
