URLA Form Failed at phase: Write
•
Field [URLA.X213] on the 1003 Continuation input form needs to have a space after the first sentence. This is a known issue and will be fixed with a future release.
The loan is generating the Legal size URLA in the Initial Disclosures, which will cause this form failure. To fix, go to: Encompass Settings > eFolder Setup > Documents > Locate form titled "1003 (Legal)" > click on form > uncheck box "Add This Document To eDisclosure Packages".
